- What does the wholesale price to public mean?
We are a beads wholesale distributor to business and the public. We import beads and beading supplies directly from the manufacturers. We then break up case lots to distribute wholesale to retail customers. We will keep our doors open to the public and allow anyone to purchase our quality products at affordable prices. We do offer extra larger discounts for bulk purchasers.
- Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes, We do have a minimum purchase requirement due to the labor cost. The minimum order is $50, and a "$10 Low Order Fee" will be applied to any order less than $50.
- Will I be charged sales tax?
If you are a Texas resident, you will need to pay Texas sales tax ( 8.25% ) unless you are tax exempted. Please email us a picture of your business tax id at info@beadonbeads.com or fax us at 972-241-2268 to waive the Texas sales tax.
- Can I pay online?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. Your online payment will be processed safely and securely. In case if you want to order some product which is not currently shown on our website, you can specify that on the commnet of the order, and choose "Credit Card via the phone" payment option
- How does the award point system work?
You can earn award points on everyt online transaction and friend referral. Please check our Award Point Program page for the details
- Is the price on website for single strand only, or for multiple stands?
Unless specified on the product page, the price shown in the our website is the price per strand, or per piece for pendant.
- What's the length of the beads?
The normal length of beads are 16 inches. For some beads like crystal, the length may be different, and we will specify that on the product page.
- Does the product picture reflect the real color of the bead?
To dispaly the true color is always a complicate technical issue for all websites. The website photographer need to tune the color quality on server side, while the customers also need to calibrate their monitors. One important measure is to set your monitor's color temperature to 6500K ( normal Daylight color temperature ) in order to see the correct color. Most of monitor's default color temperature are 9300k, which will bring a little "blue" flavor for the pure white background. Although it works great for many software, like Microsoft Office, you have to switch to 6500k if you want to see the close-to-true color.
- Sale/clearance event and coupons?
Yes, we do have coupons and clearance event. We will post those information via newsletter emails, Facebook and Twitter.
- What's the shipping cost?
We have a special, table-rate shipping cost based on the total dollar amount of the order. After you place the order, we will check our inventory, and use the best way to ship your items. Your order will be send out 2-5 working days after the date you place your order depends on the inventory status. This table rate applys to US orders only.

- What's the return policy?
All problems with orders must be reported within 48 hours of receiving product. Some product ( like earrings ) are non-returnable. Please contact us at 972-241-5868 or email us at info@beadonbeads.com regarding the return. The return item must be in the original condition of purchase. We do not accept any returns on merchandise that has been damaged. The shipping cost is non-refundable. Buyer will pay for the returning shipping cost. 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. The return items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving product.
